CASHe is a mobile first short term personal lending platform offerings loans for 15, 30 and 90 days to salaried millennials. Claims that its interest rates are par with credit cards. CASHe uses a proprietary algorithm that mines the borrowers’ mobile and social network data and requests basic documentation to arrive at a “Social Loan Quotient” (SLQ) and a loan eligibility amount. After approval, the borrower can apply for loans multiple times over 3 months. The company is targeting young professionals in 20-35 years’ age group. Offers three products with loan amount ranging from INR 5000 – INR 100,000 and interest rates starting from 1.5%. All loans through CASHe will be disbursed by One Capital Ltd, a registered NBFC.As of Sept 2016, the app had 50K+ installs. Raised $3.85M in series A round of funding from Blackstone group's former PE business co-head Mathew Cyriac and others in April'17. Has disbursed around INR 2000M in personal loan, as of Sep'17.
