As a LEED Platinum-rated green building and being the first commercial green building in India (2005), we have continually set new benchmarks in environmental responsibility. In 2024, we achieved LEED Zero Water certification, eliminating fresh (surface) water use and cutting water withdrawal by 100% over four years. Through advanced circular water management including STPs, ETPs, rainwater harvesting, and recirculation, we optimize our water footprint, enhance resilience, and reduce costs. More than conservation, our approach focuses on water regeneration, making our Chennai site a model for sustainable industrial operations.
