MaxVal is a patent process solutions company. MaxVal has been helping clients maximize the value of their patents. We have been driving process improvements in intellectual property related services to patent attorneys, law firms and corporations. It is a leading provider in Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) and technology solutions. The company was incorporated on May 25th, 2005 under the Indian Companies Act, 1956 for patent process solutions. Maxval has been helping clients maximize the value of their patents. On June 13th 2005 the Company started business at PSG Step 1 with three computer systems and on June 13th 2006 in a sprawling campus of 43,600 sq. ft. in Victory Nagar, Coimbatore. On 1st April, 2006 the Litigation Data Base services were started and on 1st May, 2006 the Portfolio Manager services were initiated. In line with our policy of identifying and satisfying our clients’ needs, on 4th Oct, 2006 the Illustrations Division was inaugurated. Our second branch office is located at Chennai, IIT – Madras Research Park, Taramani and opened for operations on the 2nd February 2011. We provide these services using proprietary tools that we have developed and by using a global workforce. Our tools are broadly applicable in both the life sciences and in the hi-tech arena. Within the life sciences arena, we have particular expertise in **medical devices and** technologies related to **drug-device combinations.** We offer a unique perspective to our clients, with the ability to combine technical business and legal aspects in the value maximization process. Members of our group have had senior operating roles in leading companies and have brought products to the market. We offer back office support services to law firms and corporations.
