About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Project Manager (Account Manager) to lead and manage the end-to-end execution of the Study from UAE (SRV) initiative. The role requires strong coordination across multiple teams including SEO, Social Media, Website, and Content to ensure seamless delivery, performance tracking, and continuous growth of the project.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Project Ownership
Take complete ownership of the Study from UAE project from planning to execution and optimization
Define clear KPIs, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business goals
Ensure all activities are executed efficiently and on schedule
2. Cross-Functional Team Coordination
Act as a central point of contact between SEO, Social Media, Website, and Content teams
Conduct regular internal sync-ups to track progress and resolve bottlenecks
Ensure proper brief sharing, execution alignment, and quality control
3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track key performance metrics such as traffic, leads, engagement, and conversions
Prepare and present monthly performance reports to stakeholders
Share actionable insights and optimization strategies based on data
4. Stakeholder & Client Management
Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders
Provide timely updates on project progress, challenges, and opportunities
Manage expectations and ensure high satisfaction levels
5. Strategy & Execution Alignment
Work closely with teams to ensure SEO, content, and paid strategies align with business objectives
Identify growth opportunities in organic, AI-driven, and paid channels
Drive execution excellence across all digital touchpoints
6. Quality Control & Delivery Excellence
Ensure all deliverables (content, landing pages, campaigns) meet quality benchmarks
Monitor consistency in messaging, branding, and user experience
Requirements
Experience
5–7 years of experience in Account Management / Project Management
Prior experience in education portals, study abroad platforms, or EdTech is highly preferred
Experience in digital marketing agency setup is an advantage
Skills
Strong understanding of SEO, Social Media, Content Marketing, and Website workflows
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Excellent presentation and reporting skills
Strong analytical mindset with experience in tools like GA4, Looker Studio, etc.
Effective communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
