Job Overview

The HR Technology and Integration (T&I) organization was established as part of the HR team’s journey through digital transformation. Working as part of our Global HR Technology & Integration team this role to Build, implement and improves TE’s global HR systems, data, reporting and analytics platform.

Job Responsibilities

As a HR Operations Associate, the key responsibilities include:

Responsible for managing vendor-related financial and operational activities
Experienced in handling purchase orders, receipts, invoices, and monthly accruals while ensuring accurate financial records and timely processing of vendor payments
Coordinates with HR vendors, internal finance teams, and stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, reconcile transactions, and ensure billing accuracy and compliance with company processes
Skilled in maintaining and processing HR-related data using Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, template preparation, calculations, reports, and supporting operational requirements
Experienced in identifying process gaps and providing feedback to improve operational efficiency and workflow management

Desired Candidate Profile

2-3 Years of relevant experience in Accounting & Excel Sheets
Stakeholder management
Vendor Management
Communication Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
