Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) process including collections, and cash application. Monitor customer credit limits and ensure adherence to company credit policies. Manage the Expected Credit Loss (ECL) model in compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS 9 / Ind AS 109). Drive effective collections strategy to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and improve cash flow. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies in coordination with sales and operations teams. Ensure accurate and timely recording of receivables transactions in SAP FICO. Prepare AR aging reports, collection forecasts, and periodic management reports. Analyze and present the impact of receivables on cash flow, P&L, and balance sheet. Collaborate with finance and treasury teams for timely BRS completion Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations. Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and statutory requirements. Lead, mentor, and develop the AR team. Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CMA / MBA Finance preferred). 15-20 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably in manufacturing or industrial automation industry. Hands-on experience in SAP FICO (AR module) is essential. Strong understanding of ECL (Expected Credit Loss) methodology and financial reporting standards. Sound knowledge of cash flow management, working capital optimization, and financial statement analysis. Ability to interpret and explain P&L and balance sheet impacts of receivables. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage teams and work cross-functionally. Yokogawa is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
