🚗 Key Responsibilities
Own ADAS feature definition and system architecture across vehicle programs
Lead development and deployment of ADAS features such as AEB, ACC, LKA, LDW, BSD, Parking Assist, and Traffic Sign Recognition
Act as the OEM technical owner for ADAS ECUs, sensors, and software stacks
Drive integration of camera, radar, and ultrasonic sensor systems
Collaborate with Tier 1 suppliers, validation partners, and internal vehicle teams
Ensure compliance with ISO 26262 (Functional Safety), ASPICE, and OEM release processes
Oversee calibration, validation, and performance optimization at vehicle level
Support SIL / MIL / HIL testing, track testing, and on-road validation
Drive issue tracking, root cause analysis, and defect resolution during development and post-SOP
Contribute to ADAS technology roadmap, RFQs, and sourcing decisions
Mentor and guide ADAS system engineers and feature owners

🧠 Required Skills
12+ years of experience with strong focus on ADAS systems
Deep understanding of ADAS system architecture and vehicle E/E architecture
Experience managing multi-supplier ADAS programs
Strong knowledge of camera, radar, ultrasonic sensors, and ADAS feature behavior
System-level experience in Functional Safety (ISO 26262)
Expertise in ADAS validation, homologation, and regulatory compliance
Knowledge of CAN, FlexRay, and Automotive Ethernet
Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

✨ Good to Have
Experience in Level 2 / Level 2+ ADAS programs
Exposure to Indian traffic validation and real-world driving scenarios
Knowledge of NCAP requirements and safety ratings
