* Contribution margins and EBIT targets are in accordance with corporate
guidelines.

* Demonstrate clear understanding of efficiency and effectiveness of
clientele’s logistics operations, and ability to map out processes.

* Able to design and develop process improvement metrics (service, cost and
productivity).

* Generate solution consulting revenue and CM.

* Clear ability to manage assigned projects to ensure completion within time
schedule and budget constraints.

* Support in training new logistics engineering analysts within specified time
frame.

* Support business development team in client facing by active participation in
client filtering, vetting and cleaning presentations.

* Annual engineering expenses within budget.

* Improve profitability of accounts through re-engineering and lean concept.
