Join our team and create your future. The Legal Technology IT Products Team supports enterprise platforms that enable contracting, compliance, and revenue operations across the firm. The team partners closely with Legal, Finance, and Sales to maintain stable systems while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The Agiloft Administrator, Sr. Analyst supports the day to day operations, configuration, maintenance, testing, and user support of the Agiloft Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform. This role focuses on executing defined tasks, supporting Legal users, and maintaining high data quality, under the guidance of product owners and senior team members. This role is ideal for a candidate with foundational experience in enterprise systems or legal technology who is looking to grow technical depth and domain knowledge in a global product team. Requirements: Application Support & Configuration • Execute assigned configuration updates related to contract templates and clause libraries. • Support periodic template updates and re-approval activities, including documentation and validation. • Assist with configuration and monitoring of AI Screen metadata and outputs, once implemented. • Follow established standards and change processes for all system updates. Data Quality & Maintenance • Perform data cleanup, validation, and mass update activities for contracts and metadata. • Support maintenance of contract family relationships (parent/child contracts). • Monitor defined exception reports (e.g., contracts not progressing to expected stages) and escalate findings. • Assist with responding to contract data requests, in line with access and governance guidelines. Preferences: • 1-2 years of experience in a systems analyst or application support role. • Experience supporting enterprise applications (CLM, Legal Tech, CRM, ERP or similar preferred). • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. • Proficient Excel and data-handling skills • Ability to follow defined processes and work independently on assigned tasks • Good written and verbal communication skills. Preferred: • Exposure to Agiloft or another contract lifecycle management system. • Basic understanding of legal contracts or corporate legal workflows. • Experience with ServiceNow or a similar ticketing tools. • Familiarity with Workday, especially Professional Services Automation (PSA) • Experience working with global stakeholders across time zones.
