AGM / Sr. Manager – ER & Compliance (Group)

Qualification:
MBA (HR) / LLB

Experience:
10–13 years of total experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in workplace investigations (mandatory)

Reporting To:
Group Head – ER & Compliance

Job Objective:
Serve as a subject matter expert in Employee Relations (ER) and Compliance
Guide stakeholders on best practices related to ER and employment law
Drive initiatives to foster a positive, compliant, and productive workplace
Ensure adherence to organizational policies, labour laws, and Code of Conduct
Collaborate with corporate teams and business units for a unified compliance framework

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Responsibilities:
Lead workplace investigations involving misconduct, policy violations, harassment, and disciplinary issues
Conduct confidential and thorough ER investigations and grievance handling
Advise HRBPs on disciplinary actions and employee grievance management
Provide expert guidance on employment laws, policies, and ER practices
Analyze investigation trends to identify risks and recommend improvements
Develop and implement controls to prevent policy violations
Contribute to development and enhancement of ER/HR policies and procedures
Ensure alignment with local labour laws, culture, and organizational standards
Conduct periodic process reviews, gap analysis, and report findings

Operational Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams for execution of ER initiatives
Manage internal and external audits, inspections, and compliance reviews
Document investigation cases and maintain strict confidentiality
Share insights, learnings, and improvement plans from audits and investigations
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the reporting authority

Work Details:
6-day work week (Work from Office)
Flexibility to travel within Delhi/NCR and other locations as required
