AI full stack engineer

Primary Responsibilities
Design and architect AWS Bedrock-based AI agent solutions, including Agents for Amazon Bedrock, tool integrations, and function-calling patterns.
Lead integration efforts between conversational AI/chatbot systems, forecasting engines, and existing platform APIs.
Drive key technical decisions and establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and development guidelines.
Provide technical leadership through mentorship, architecture guidance, and code reviews.
Bridge AI/LLM components with traditional backend and enterprise systems to ensure seamless interoperability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, maintainable, and high-performing solutions.
Essential Skills
Strong systems thinking capability with the ability to design scalable and maintainable architectures.
Deep backend engineering experience using Node.js or Python.
Hands-on experience integrating with AWS Bedrock runtime, Bedrock Agents, and related AWS services.
Strong expertise in API architecture, integration patterns, and backend service orchestration.
Solid understanding of LLM integration patterns, conversational AI systems, AI tooling ecosystems, and evolving AI frameworks.
Experience designing distributed, scalable, and modular systems with maintainability in mind.
Expertise in microservices architecture or modular backend design principles.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building AI-powered applications or enterprise conversational platforms.
Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and AWS ecosystem services.
Strong problem-solving, technical leadership, and stakeholder communication skills.
Experience working in agile and fast-paced engineering environments.
