AI Solutions Architect Reporting into: Director of Architecture & Standards Location: What will you contribute? As part of the Architecture & Standards team in Finastra’s AI COE, the AI Solutions Architect provides the technical blueprints and standards necessary to keep the AI initiatives stable. Responsibilities & Deliverables Your deliverables as an AI Solutions Architect will include, but are not limited to, the following: Design and develop comprehensive technical architectures for AI solutions that align with enterprise standards and business objectives Create and maintain architectural blueprints, patterns, and frameworks for AI implementations across the organization Establish and enforce technical standards, best practices, and governance frameworks for AI initiatives Evaluate and recommend AI technologies, platforms, and tools that support scalable and sustainable solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical architecture specifications Conduct architecture reviews and provide guidance to ensure solutions meet quality, security, and performance standards Document architectural decisions, design patterns, and technical specifications for AI projects Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies across AI initiatives Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams on architectural principles and standards Stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry trends to continuously improve architectural approaches Required Experience Strong background in solution architecture with focus on AI/ML technologies and platforms Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale AI solutions Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks, cloud platforms, and modern architecture patterns Expertise in establishing technical standards, governance frameworks, and best practices Experience with data architecture, integration patterns, and API design Strong knowledge of security, compliance, and privacy considerations in AI implementations Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions Excellent communication skills with ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences Experience working in cross-functional teams and influencing technical direction Track record of delivering stable, scalable, and maintainable AI solutions We are proud to offer a range of incentives to our employees worldwide.
