AIML / Agentic AI Instructors

About the Role
We are looking for a highly accomplished Agentic AI Instructors with 15+ years of industry experience and a strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Multi-Agent Systems to deliver instructor-led training for our Applied Agentic AI: Systems, Design & Impact program. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of deep real-world implementation experience and proven training expertise, with the ability to simplify complex AI concepts into engaging and practical learning experiences for working professionals globally. The instructor will lead live virtual classes, mentor learners on hands-on projects, and provide insights into real-world applications of agentic AI systems.

Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery & Learner Engagement
● Deliver high-impact, live online instructor-led sessions on Agentic AI, Generative AI, and AI Product Design
● Conduct interactive workshops, case studies, and hands-on demonstrations
● Facilitate learner Q&A sessions and technical doubt resolution
● Mentor learners through projects, assignments, and capstone implementations
● Evaluate learner progress and provide actionable feedback
● Continuously improve session delivery based on learner feedback and program updates

Technical Expertise Required
● Core Agentic AI Knowledge
● AI, ML, Deep Learning, and Generative AI fundamentals
● LLM architectures and transformer models
● Autonomous AI agents and agent orchestration
● Chain-of-Thought (CoT), ReAct, and reasoning frameworks
● Multi-agent system design and collaboration

Hands-On Experience with Tools & Frameworks
Strong practical experience with multiple tools such as:

● AI product strategy and roadmap planning

Required Qualifications
Experience
● 15+ years of total professional experience
● Minimum 7+ years in AI/ML/Data Science
● Minimum 3+ years in Generative AI / LLM / Agentic AI systems
● Experience building and deploying production-grade AI applications
● Prior experience in enterprise AI transformation projects
Training Experience
● Minimum 3 - 5 years of instructor-led training experience
● Experience delivering sessions for professional learners or corporate audiences
● Strong presentation and facilitation skills
● Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a structured and engaging manner
● Experience mentoring project-based learning cohorts preferred
