Job Description:
The Alliance Manager - is responsible for the management, growth and expansion of the OEM Product Portfolio, Server, Storage, Hyperconverged Infrastructure , Endcomputing, NetworkingThis individual will focus on TEAM sales and marketing activities and initiatives closely aligned with the OEM.This role will align as an overlay with our current Regional Managers/ Account Managers (AMs) and focus on driving brand sales, enablement activities and expansion across all of TEAM's customer base.
Responsibilities:
Develops and leads OEM partner strategy.Work as a liaison between the OEM and the organization to develop a clear understanding of the customer needs and desired business outcomes.Align a go-to-market strategy that is beneficial to all partiesStrong understanding of OEM monthly, quarterly and annual goals and be able to articulate and translate those to a winning strategy within the organization.Drive ADOPTION and position the Product, Solutions and Services offerings throughout all stages of the sales cycle (planning, building, closing and managing)Expansion of the current OEM solution sales by obtaining relationships with key stakeholders at OEM.Perform in response to KPIs established to drive ROI from the OEM partnershipFunction as an OEM strategic advisor to the entire sales organization
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience working within System Integration or DistributorStrong communication and presentation skillsProven track record of success in a fast-paced environment with specific sales targets and goalsEfficient time management skillsEstablished knowledge of and experience with the OEM sales leadership teamSkilled in setting, managing and delivering against customer and partner expectationsMust be able to excel within a team and as an individual contributor
