As part of the HR team at Atkins, the HR Coordinator will provide proactive and efficient support to employees and managers across the UK region. This role involves managing a range of HR processes in compliance with UK labour laws, maintaining HR systems (Oracle HRMS), and producing employee correspondence. The coordinator will collaborate closely with internal departments such as immigration, payroll, and finance, while also contributing to process improvements and supporting ad-hoc HR projects. About you Maintaining and updating Oracle (HRMS) interface system Managing a variety of HR processes in accordance with UK labour laws Producing standard correspondence to employees & external parties Liaising with employees, line managers, and other HR colleagues Working closely with the immigration, facilities, payroll, and finance departments Proactively contributing to improvements within the department Supporting the HR team with ad-hoc projects Any other duties as requested by the HR Team Leader Experience, preferably in a Shared Services function Good IT skills, particularly MS Word, Excel, Outlook Fluent English - excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong administrative ability, managing a complex and varied workload Potential to develop as the team grows Previous experience in a front-facing customer service role and/or project experience is desirable.
