performance-focused culture. Key Responsibilities Finance background mandatory -
Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports for Finance team using
tools such as Macros, Power BI or advance Excel Provide regular and ad-hoc
reports to management for performance tracking and strategic planning/reporting
Translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable insights for
stakeholders Continuously improve reporting processes and recommend automation
opportunities Be a part of the team accountable for reporting financial results
for an entity or cluster of smaller entities, with commentary including P&L,
balance sheet and cash flow for its accuracy and completeness. Participate in
delivery of a complete, accurate and timely set of IFRS reporting (corporate
reporting) for an entity or cluster of smaller entities. Help to perform
variance analysis for P&L (e.g. Operating expenses, Margins and Profitability
etc.) and Balance Sheet, review financial information against historical run
rates and future growth plans. Help to ensure entities' results are fully
compliant with all relevant accounting standards, current best practice and any
other regulations Ensure business complies with all aspects of the internal /
external financial control environment Support the inputs to the external and
internal financial audits Why you? Accounting degree / qualification (ACA, ACCA,
CIMA or equivalent) acquiring is preferable 4-7 years of post-qualification
experience or post degree Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, formulas)
Finance background mandatory - Experience in Financial Planning, Reporting,
Finance controlling or Audit Firm Understanding of IFRS and controls environment
Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques is a plus.
