This is a client facing advisory role to ensure payroll and overall service for
allocated clients go smoothly 1) Serve as a Payroll specialist and answer
inbound/outbound calls and handle routine client requests/queries with utmost
care. 2) Resolve routine customer concerns with pre-defined solutions 3) Builds
strong relationships with a portfolio of clients, conducting regular structured
calls to review performance 4) Develop and leverage a broad understanding of ADP
products in support of client needs 5) Looks for solutions which will allow our
customers to focus on their core business 6) Drive positive defining moments
with client Any graduates with very good communication skills and the ability to
deal effectively with different clients. Good problem solving skill and ability
to think through in different situations. Skills required: * Clear spoken and
written English language * Strong Excel skills * Strong time management -
ability to prioritize and meet deadlines * Client focused Knowledge /
Experience: Overall 2-3 years of experience in a global organization talking to
clients on the phone is essential. Has completed a minimum of 2 years in the
current process and has been a consistent performer. End to End Payroll
Knowledge will be an added advantage Should not have been on a performance
improvement plan. Flexible to work in any shift as per the requirement. ##LI-DNI
