Experience Requirements
10–15+ years of IT experience
5+ years in AI/ML/GenAI solutioning & architecture
Proven experience in designing and deploying AI systems at scale
Experience across full lifecycle: experimentation → production → monitoring

Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
Strong expertise in:
Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision
Large Language Models (LLMs), GenAI, Agentic systems
Hands-on experience with:
RAG pipelines, embeddings, fine-tuning, evaluation
AI orchestration frameworks (LangChain, etc.)

Architecture & Engineering
Solid experience in:
Distributed systems & microservices architecture
Cloud-native architecture (Azure/AWS/GCP)
Knowledge of:
MLOps / LLMOps, model monitoring, CI/CD pipelines
Data engineering & data platforms

Programming & Tools
Strong proficiency in Python (preferred)
Familiarity with:
AI development frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs)
Dev tools: GitHub, Copilot, Cursor, etc.

Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving and system thinking
Ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Good to Have
Experience with:
AI governance frameworks
Industry-specific AI use cases (BFSI, travel, healthcare, etc.)
Exposure to agentic AI systems and workflow orchestration
