By joining the Sales - School Education team, you will be responsible for achieving the sales & collection budgets in the territory assigned through planning and aggressive promotion of the education products. This role offers exposure to diverse projects, collaboration with representatives from Digital Sales, operations, academic excellence, marketing and product teams within the organization as well as school heads and teachers of private and public institutions. You’ll be part of a culture that values integrity, innovation, and continuous learning.
Opportunity –
On a day-to-day basis, you will take part in:
Planning for the new business opportunities and product promotion.
Retention and growth for the market share
Aggressive promotion of educational titles in schools trade in the designated areas.
Providing value added services in terms of workshops and other educational activities.
Ensuring faster collection
Implementation of plan in the market
Ensuring proper service to our customers
Handling of the accounts and keep close track of the monthly collection budgets
About You
Essential Criteria
Minimum 6 years of experience in relevant industry
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Should be open to travel
Must have market knowledge of assigned territory
Solution centric sales skills with exposure of digital.
An understanding and appreciation of school education, the environment, structure and keychallenges within the sector
