Position: Area Sales Manager β Vishwas(AHL/LAP)
Grade: M5
Location: Pune/Nashik
Channel: DSA Channel
Experience: Minimum 6+ Years in Secured Lending/Assets- HL/LAP/Mortgage (sales)
CTC: As per industry standards
π― Key Responsibilities
Drive sales for Affordable Home Loan & LAP products (Vishwas team)
Coach and Lead a team of RMs to achieve business targets (Volume, Cross-sell, Insurance, etc.)
Build and strengthen relationships with DSA partners, Kotak branches, and builders
Ensure achievement of team sales targets, sales volume and business growth
Monitor and ensure team productivity and location productivity
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through NPS metrics
Effective management of working relationships with Credit, Operations, Legal, and Technical teams for smooth processing and drive business outcomes
Drive cross-sell opportunities including CASA and TPP products
Administer and Ensure compliance with all internal policies, business practices and regulatory guidelines

Eligibility Criteria
π Graduation/ Post Graduation from a recognized university is a must
π Minimum 6+ years of experience in Secured Lending / LAP / Home Loans / DSA / Open Market sourcing
π€ Strong interpersonal, influencing and relationship management skills for driving business with both internal and external channel partners
π Experience in secured banking products and team handling is a must
