Job Summary** The Area Sales Manager - LAP (Coimbatore) will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets for Loan Against Property products within the Coimbatore region. This role involves leading a team, managing key relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Job Responsibilities** * Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed business targets for Loan Against Property (LAP) products in the Coimbatore area. * Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure optimal productivity. * Identify and acquire new customers and build strong, lasting relationships with existing clients, builders, andDSA partners. * Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends in the LAP sector. * Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines related to loan processing and sales. * Monitor and analyze sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to senior management. * Collaborate with credit, operations, and other internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient loan processing and customer satisfaction. * Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations effectively and professionally. * Represent the company at industry events and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. Job Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. * Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role within the financial services industry, specifically with exposure to Loan Against Property (LAP). * Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. * Strong understanding of the Coimbatore market and local business landscape. * Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills. * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. * Proficiency in local languages (Tamil) is essential. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
