Area Sales Manager

🔎 Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Area Manager (Sales Team Lead) to manage on-ground field sales teams, drive business performance, and ensure achievement of sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

📌 What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Minimum 4+ years of experience in team handling role (on-roll field sales team)
✔️ Strong experience in B2C Sales
✔️ Knowledge of portfolio management
✔️ Hands-on experience in managing attrition & shrinkage
✔️ Life Insurance industry experience is mandatory
✔️ Immediate joiners preferred
✔️ Excellent communication & leadership skills
✔️ Regional language is mandatory
