Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Area Sales Manager - Professional Luminaires (Lighting B2B), involving a combination of in-office work in Panaji and some flexibility for remote work. The incumbent will be responsible for driving sales, managing Govt. Infra, Industries, Commercial Projects sales business, distribution channels, developing and nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory. The role also includes crafting and executing business strategies, identifying growth opportunities, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance product positioning.

Qualifications
Proven sales expertise with a focus on territory management and client relationship building
Understanding of marketing principles and capability to implement effective strategies to drive product penetration
Experience in professional lighting solutions or a related industry is a strong advantage
Effective negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong business acumen and proficiency in market analysis tools
Ability to work in a hybrid role, managing both on-site and remote responsibilities effectively
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
