Asset Information Manager & BMS Manager

The Asset Information Manager & BMS Manager shall be responsible for
establishing, maintaining, and assuring the integrity of all asset data, digital
records, and Building Management System (BMS) integration across the Gurugram
Metro Project. This position will ensure that all physical assets (stations,
tunnels, depots, traction, HVAC, electrical, MEP, and systems) are correctly
defined, tagged, and captured digitally in the Asset Information Model (AIM) for
seamless transition to Operations & Maintenance (O&M) phase. Additionally, the
role includes supervision, review, and validation of BMS design, installation,
testing, and commissioning activities to ensure compliance with the Employer’s
Requirements, relevant IS/NBC/IEC standards, and metro system protocols. Looking
B.E / Diploma in Civil or Electrical Engineering with Minimum 10+ years in metro
/ mass transit / infrastructure projects with demonstrated experience in Asset
Information Management and Building Management Systems
