Assistant Manager – Digital Products & Experience
(Web, UX and Content Platforms)

Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic professional to lead and scale the Medanta website ecosystem, with end-to-end ownership of website management, content strategy, user experience, and conversion optimization. This role will work closely with Performance Marketing, SEO and Brand teams along with technology stakeholders to ensure the website effectively drives patient acquisition, engagement, and brand leadership.
Key Responsibilities
1. Website Ownership & Optimization
Own the website roadmap and day-to-day management
Continuously improve patient journeys and conversion funnels (appointments, inquiries)
Ensure alignment of website priorities with key specialties and business goals
2. Platform & CMS Management
Manage CMS-driven website operations including updates, landing pages, and new sections
Work with tech teams/agencies to enhance performance, scalability, and site health
Ensure consistency across web properties and campaigns
3. Content Strategy & Governance
Drive SEO-led content strategy across specialties, treatments, and doctor profiles
Collaborate with clinicians to create accurate, patient-friendly content
Ensure strong governance on quality, tone, and medical compliance
Build scalable content structures to improve organic visibility
4. UI/UX & Conversion Optimization
Partner with design teams to improve UI/UX and overall patient experience
Optimize key journeys such as doctor discovery, service pages, and appointment booking
Drive A/B testing across content, layouts, and conversion flows
5. Media & Asset Management
Define standards for images and media (quality, formats, responsiveness)
Optimize performance through compression, lazy loading, and CDN usage
Ensure SEO best practices (alt text, metadata) across all media assets
Manage and streamline the digital asset ecosystem (DAM or equivalent)

6. Campaign & Growth Support
Partner with performance marketing teams to build high-converting landing pages
Support campaign launches with relevant website journeys
Improve lead capture and conversion rates across channels
7. Data, Analytics & Experimentation
Track and report key metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion rates)
Run continuous experiments to improve UX, content effectiveness, and funnel performance
Translate insights into actionable improvements
8. Stakeholder Management
Work closely with medical, marketing, and business teams to gather requirements
Act as a bridge between clinical stakeholders and digital/tech teams
Ensure timely execution and alignment across multiple departments
9. Quality & Governance
Define and maintain QA processes for content, design, and functionality
Ensure structured workflows for updates, approvals, and releases
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
5–8 years in website management, digital experience, or content-led platforms
Skills
Strong understanding of CMS platforms, SEO, and content strategy
Working knowledge of UX/UI principles and conversion optimization
Ability to translate business requirements into structured execution plans
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination
Exposure in API based integrations
Good to Have
Experience with AI-led content systems or automation
Exposure to media-heavy or large-scale content platforms
