Reporting To: Finance Manager / VP Finance

Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
Manage account reconciliations including vendor, customer, bank, and ledger reconciliations.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
Prepare and review GST returns, TDS workings, and tax reconciliations.
Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
Analyze financial data and prepare MIS reports for management review.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting entries in ERP systems.
Assist in identifying and resolving discrepancies in financial records.
Work closely with cross-functional teams for smooth finance operations and compliance adherence.

Requirements
Qualified CA Fresher – Maximum 2 attempts.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and reconciliations.
Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Hands-on exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail with good communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills
Internship/articleship exposure in FMCG, Manufacturing, or related industries.
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
Strong ownership mindset and willingness to learn.
