We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Manager – Accounts to manage day-to-day accounting operations and support financial compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
Ensure accurate accounting entries, reconciliations, and timely closure of books.
Handle TDS and GST related compliances, filings, and reconciliations.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for payment processing and account resolution.
Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
Work on SAP for accounting transactions, reporting, and data management.
Prepare MIS reports and support management with financial data analysis.
Provide assistance to team members during statutory audits, due diligence, and internal audits.
Ensure adherence to accounting policies, internal controls, and compliance requirements.
Ability to work under pressure with changing deadlines and responsibilities.
Desired Candidate Profile :
MBA (Finance) / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent degree.
7+ years of relevant experience in accounting and finance operations.
Strong knowledge of AP, AR, TDS, and GST.
Hands-on experience in SAP and tally
Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel.
Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
