What makes the role meaty?

Manage social media execution across owned brand channels
Lead campaign rollout and execution across social platforms
Coordinate with external agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and assets
Manage campaign timelines, approvals, publishing schedules and reporting trackers
Support cross-functional campaign execution across brand, creator, growth and retail teams
Own social media calendars and publishing workflows
Ensure smooth content routing, approvals and platform execution
Monitor platform performance and optimize content based on insights and learnings
Maintain consistency in brand voice, visual identity and platform hygiene
Track campaign deliverables, timelines and execution dependencies
Coordinate production requirements across shoots, edits, assets and creator deliverables
Support amplification planning and rollout across owned and creator channels
Assist in retailer and launch campaign coordination
Monitor social media performance and campaign metrics regularly
Develop actionable insights and recommendations based on content performance
Stay updated on platform trends, social formats and emerging content opportunities.

Graduate or Post Graduate in Marketing with 2 to 4 years of experience in social media, campaign management or content operations
Strong understanding of social media platforms, publishing systems and campaign workflows
Experience coordinating campaigns across internal teams, agencies and creators
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
High attention to detail and execution excellence
Proactive, solution-oriented and comfortable handling ambiguity
Passionate about content, social media and internet culture
Familiarity with social reporting, campaign tracking and content operations systems
