Job Description
The person will be responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition, including building of CRISIL employer brand:
Manage and own end to end talent acquisition for Consulting and Advisory Group functions.
Strong experience from hiring from Consulting and Advisory Background
Partner with hiring managers, senior leaders, and other relevant stakeholders to understand business requirement and attract, seek, assess, and hire the best talent both internally and externally,
Ensuring fulfilment targets are met within defined SLAs with focus on balancing sourcing mix, quality of hire, time-to-fill, cost per hire along with other key metrics, while continually enhancing stakeholder & candidate experience
Effective stakeholder management and communication through periodic reporting of data
Act as an advisor to the business and demonstrate a consultative style by providing relevant metrics and creative hiring recommendations basis extensive market intelligence and insights
Strengthen employee referral program and facilitate internal mobility through partnership with HR, internal talent, and key business stakeholders
Negotiate offers with the selected candidates and partner with HR and hiring managers to establish competitive offers
Ensure a diverse slate and strengthen diversity hiring
Effectively utilize ATS to maximize hiring efficiency and effectiveness

We are looking for someone who can:
• Manage complex and demanding stakeholders with maturity and strong business partnership
• Demonstrate deep expertise in end-to-end Talent Acquisition – sourcing, stakeholder management, assessment, offer management and closure • Handle urgent and business-critical hiring mandates with speed, ownership, and accountability
• Bring consulting or professional services hiring experience, with the ability to understand niche and complex roles
• Drive strong sourcing strategies including referrals, market mapping and proactive talent pipelining
• Work effectively with ATS platforms (preferably Workday) and maintain strong governance and reporting
• Show data-driven decision making, using hiring metrics to improve efficiency and outcomes
• Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
• Be agile, resilient, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment
