We at Coforge are hiring Assistant Manager -Learning & Development with the following skillset:

You will design, deliver, and scale leadership development programs across managerial and senior leadership levels. The role requires close collaboration with business and HR stakeholders to align learning interventions with organizational priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver end-to-end leadership journeys for first-time, mid-level, and senior leaders
Lead flagship programs such as First Time Manager (FTM) and leadership assimilation
Stakeholder Management
Partner with BU Heads, Delivery Leaders, and HRBPs to identify capability gaps
Act as a trusted advisor on leadership development and succession readiness
Learning Experience
Curate blended learning experiences (virtual, workshops, coaching, self-paced)
Ensure programs are practical, experiential, and business-aligned
Program Execution
Drive end-to-end program governance including planning, communication, and rollout
Manage external facilitators, partners, and coaches
Impact & Measurement
Track program effectiveness through feedback, behavioral change, and business outcomes
Present insights to leadership stakeholders

Experience & Qualifications
MBA / Master’s in HR, OD, Psychology, or related field
6–12 years of experience in L&D with leadership development focus
Experience in IT / Technology / Global setups preferred
Certifications in coaching/facilitation/psychometrics (preferred)
