Associate / Sr. Associate (Consumer & Retail Consulting)
Location: India (Delhi / NCR preferred)
Practice: Management Consulting Consumer & Retail

Role Overview

We are looking for an Associate / Sr. Associate to support consulting engagements by driving analysis, building insights, and contributing to client deliverables in the Consumer & Retail space.

Key Responsibilities:

Problem Solving & Analysis
Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and industry analysis
Build financial models, business cases, and data-driven insights
Structure ambiguous problems into clear analytical components Client Delivery
Develop high-quality presentations and reports
Support development of recommendations and implementation plans • Work closely with Managers to deliver on client expectations Execution Support
Track project milestones and manage workstreams
Coordinate with client teams for data and inputs

Preferred Experience
2.5 years of experience in:
Consulting OR Consumer / Retail industry roles (strategy, category, analytics)

Exposure to:
Market research
Business analysis
Data handling Core Skills
Strong analytical thinking
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to synthesize data into insights
Attention to detail
Effective communication

Education
Graduate / MBA or equivalent from a reputed institute
