Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Support Executive to manage tenant inquiries and assist in the timely resolution of violations for US-based clients. The role focuses on accuracy, compliance, and timely processing while working closely with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Process violation accurately
Respond to tenant queries
Review and assist in violation resolution
Coordinate with internal reviewers and supervisors
Maintain proper documentation and file organization
Support month-end and reporting activities as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

Qualification: Graduation or equivalent
Experience: 0–2 years in client support, customer service, or similar role
Good written and verbal English communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to meet daily deadlines

Preferred Skills

Exposure to property management processes
Experience in handling customer queries and case resolution workflows
Familiarity with ERP systems such as Yardi or similar
Prior experience working with US clients

Work Expectations

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Willingness to work in US time zones
Comfortable working in a process-driven environment
