We are seeking an Associate Consultant Azure,to serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering expert troubleshooting and resolution for Microsoft Azure issues. The role involves managing critical incidents, coordinating with Microsoft Premier Support, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and effective solutions. You will work with cutting-edge cloud technologies while contributing to knowledge sharing and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the single point of contact for customers related to Microsoft Azure issues.
Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide outstanding solutions to our customer's individual needs.
Drive customer communication during critical events.
Contribute to knowledge sharing within a community (e.g. team, practice, or project).
Work with other Consultants to ensure all relevant information is available to resolve incidents or fulfill service requests.
Coach and mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge in resolving complex cases.
Raise incident tickets with Microsoft under our Premier Support arrangement with the approval of the Team Lead.
What we need to see from you
Relevant experience in managing and coordinating Azure services, Azure Networking, Azure IAAS, Azure Kubernetes services (AKS).
Experience in implementing and supporting Azure infra services such as Log Analytics, Monitoring Services, Cloud Backup Services, and Site Recovery Services.
Hands-on experience in Azure Fabric, Synapse, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks.
Experience in Azure SQL DB and migration would be an added advantage.
Fundamental experience with Azure cognitive services (ML, AI, etc), Azure DevOps and Azure Data & Databases.
Knowledge in handling the network related issues in Azure.
Good oral and written communication skills in English (C1 level required).
