Job Overview
Responsible for the on-time completion of projects or components of large, complex projects for clients in the life sciences field. Identifies and elevates potential new business opportunities and assists in the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Leads or contributes to the design and delivery of consulting projects, including complex engagements
Analyzes client requirements and supports development of cost-effective, high-impact solutions
Performs qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify issues and develop client-specific insights
Prepares and delivers structured reports, presentations, and recommendations to clients
Provides guidance to junior team members and supports stakeholder communication and project execution
Manages project timelines, ensures client satisfaction, and identifies opportunities for follow-on work and growth
Technical Skills:
3–8 years of experience in consulting and/or the life sciences industry
Strong project management, client influencing, and relationship-building skills
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders
Experience working with senior client stakeholders, including executives
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within tight timelines
Good understanding of consulting methodologies and life sciences industry trends, with strong communication and presentation skills
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree Req or Master's Degree in Business Administration Preferred
