Description: Job Title Associate Director – MDM, Customer 360, Reference Data &
Data Remediation Value Proposition The Associate Director – Enterprise Data &
Analytics will serve as a key leader, responsible for driving data remediation,
data quality, and control initiatives that support Finance and Regulatory
Reporting across the bank. This leader will manage a growing team and play a
critical role in strengthening enterprise-wide data governance, improving data
quality, and enabling trusted data for high-impact business and regulatory
outcomes. This role requires a strong mix of data expertise,
relationship-building, operational rigor, and the ability to partner across
global teams. The Associate Director will work closely with Finance, Regulatory
Reporting, Data Governance, Technology, Architecture, and Operations to identify
data challenges, prioritize remediation initiatives, and advance the bank’s data

Timing: 2:00pm to 11:00pm IST Role Summary The AD will own end-to-end delivery
of Master Data Management (MDM) and Customer Adjacent initiatives, with a focus
on data remediation, API integrations, and Salesforce/downstream consumption.
This role leads a cross-functional India-based team and ensures alignment
between business, technology, and data governance objectives across corporate
functions—spanning Master Data, Reference Data, and Customer 360 domains. Key
Deliverables 1. Delivery Ownership Own the overall delivery lifecycle for MDM
data remediation programs, API integrations (MDM → downstream systems), and
Salesforce/onboarding systems data consumption. Ensure timely, high-quality
delivery across all workstreams. Track and manage delivery milestones, risks,
and dependencies. 2. Stakeholder & Business Alignment Serve as the primary point
of contact for business stakeholders. Translate business requirements into
actionable data and technical deliverables. Drive alignment across business
teams, data governance, and technology/integration teams. Provide regular status
updates, insights, and escalation management. 3. Team Leadership & Governance
Lead and manage a team of analysts (P3–P5) across data remediation, UAT,
API/Salesforce integration, and dashboarding. Establish a delivery governance
framework, including: Daily/weekly progress tracking KPI monitoring and quality
checkpoints Mentor and guide junior and mid-level analysts. 4. Prioritization &
Backlog Management Own prioritization across multiple workstreams, including
remediation backlog, UAT execution, API integration, and reporting enhancements.
Collaborate with the Product Owner for backlog grooming and sprint planning.
Balance business priorities with technical feasibility. 5. Data Remediation
Oversight Guide the team on data quality issue identification and resolution.
Oversee root cause analysis, data reconciliation, and SQL-based validation
processes. Ensure adherence to reference data and MDM standards. 6. API &
Salesforce Integration Oversight Ensure seamless data flow from MDM to
Salesforce and other downstream systems. Validate API payloads, data mappings,
and integration logic. Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve integration
issues. 7. Reporting & Dashboarding Oversee development of dashboards covering
data quality metrics, remediation progress, and UAT execution status. Ensure
reporting provides actionable insights for stakeholders. Skills and
Qualifications 15+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM), data
remediation/data quality, and data integration/APIs. Proven track record
managing large-scale data programs and cross-functional teams. Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in SQL, data validation techniques, data models, and
reference data management. Hands-on experience with API integrations (REST,
JSON). Familiarity with Salesforce data integration, data governance frameworks,
and BI tools (Power BI / Tableau). Leadership & Functional Skills Strong
stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Demonstrated
experience leading offshore/India-based teams. Ability to manage multiple
competing priorities and complex dependencies. Strong analytical and
problem-solving capability. Preferred Qualification Experience with MDM SaaS
platforms (e.g., Informatica, Reltio). Exposure to banking or financial services
