The Associate Director CCO FP&A acts as a key finance partner supporting commercial performance management and strategic decision support across Sandoz Commercial Operations. The role contributes to translating commercial strategy into high quality financial plans and analyses, supporting informed decision making, and ensuring alignment between commercial priorities, financial outcomes, and governance. The role is a senior executional contributor within commercial FP&A, working closely with the Head FP&A & Strategy, CCO leadership, Global Finance, Regions, and cross functional stakeholders. It supports consistency, transparency, and continuous improvement in commercial financial processes, planning, and reporting Job Description Major accountabilities: FP&A, Integrated Business Planning, and Decision Suppor Contribute to establishing an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process that, supporting the alignment of plans across functions Support the translation of commercial strategy into multi‑year financial plans, targets, and scenarios Prepare financial analyses, insights, and materials for CCO leadership and Finance discussions Apply agreed planning methodologies, assumptions, and governance standards across regions and functions Business Partnering Act as a finance partner to CCO stakeholders and global functions on planning, performance, and investment topics Support decision‑making on commercial investments, cost initiatives, and resource allocation through analysis and scenario work Prepare commercial business cases and investment evaluations in line with governance frameworks Coordinate with CCO, Global Finance, Regions, Technical Operations, and other functions as part of cross‑functional initiatives, including IBP Planning, Reporting, and Performance Management Execute day‑to‑day commercial planning activities, including budget, forecast, long‑range planning, IBP cycles, and management reporting Ensure timely, accurate, and high‑quality financial reporting and analysis Maintain and enhance commercial KPIs, dashboards, and management reporting tools Support data consistency, single source of truth reporting, and analytical quality Processes, Systems, and Continuous Improvement Support continuous improvement of FP&A processes, templates, and tools, including those used in Integrated Business Planning Help strengthen cross‑functional reporting by supporting integration of financial and operational data across systems Key performance indicators: Quality of data and analysis supplied to Head FP&A CCO and other key stakeholders Contribution towards Function targets and objectives Timeliness and completeness of core Finance processes Recognized for constantly driving lean and improved financial processes Enterprise strategical overview across platforms Minimum Requirements: Work Experience: Minimum of 12 years working experience in performance management, financial reporting and analysis or financial planning and analysis roles in a multinational organization, both in regional and corporate roles Strong written and oral communication skills Experience in advanced excel and MS-Office applications is a must Experience of working in multicultural / international environment Skills: Ability To Influence Key Stakeholders.
