The role will report to the Investor Relations Associate Director and will work
with the Investor Relations team. The Investor Relations Associate will be
responsible for the creation and development of various analytics which will
support internal communication with senior management and external communication
with the investment community. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Help maintain and
analyze current sell-side Consensus estimates for APO. Audit sell-side models
and monitor sell-side activity, including investment theses, price target
changes, and valuation methodologies. Build and maintain a database of sell-side
valuation frameworks for APO and the Alt peer group. Track guidance and key
business trends for Alt and Insurance peer groups. Help update a quarterly
presentation of investor buy / sell activity across APO and the Alt peer group.
Assist in the preparation of data and other information to be disclosed as part
of the earnings process, call script, FAQs, and slide presentations. Ensure
information on Apollo’s public and private websites is updated and accurate. Aid
with other ad-hoc requests as needed. Qualifications & Experience BS/BA in
Finance, Accounting, or Economics required. 3+ years of work experience
(Investment Banking, Equity Research, or experience in capital markets and/or
financial institutions a plus). Highly proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and
Excel, knowledge of FactSet and/or Ipreo is a plus. Prior experience in the
alternative asset management or life insurance industries is a plus. Prior
experience with applying AI and/or automation to manual workflows is a plus
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities and research skills.
Advanced attention to detail. Ability to analyze, evaluate, form independent
judgments and think creatively. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Successful candidates should possess a strong sense of initiative, a high energy
level, an outstanding work ethic, and the ability to work independently.
Candidates should also be a team player, intellectually curious, and possess an
ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously. Must be
able to work with highly confidential information and maintain unequivocal
