As an Associate – ITPM (Microsoft Licensing), you will support customers in managing and optimizing their Microsoft software licenses. You’ll help them understand entitlements, ensure compliance, reduce risks, and contribute to strategic licensing decisions — while collaborating closely with global teams and delivering high‑quality insights.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse licensing data and entitlement information
Execute tasks with accuracy, quality, and within defined SLAs
Coordinate workload allocation within project teams. Conduct quality reviews and support team coaching
Prepare and deliver customer‑ready presentations and reports
Participate in domain mentorship and skill-building initiatives
Work with SAM/ITAM tools (e.g., MAP, Snow, Flexera, ServiceNow)
Act as SPOC for subsidiaries on xDC service delivery
Support project execution alongside Team Leads
What we need to see from you
Experience in Microsoft & IBM licensing or compliance
Understanding of asset management and ITIL concepts
Strong analytical, methodical, and communication skills
Ability to manage tasks in a structured, quality‑driven manner
Flexibility to work in shifts
Experience with SAM tools (preferred)
