Job Purpose: Area In Charge - Civil is responsible for supervising and managing
all civil engineering and infrastructure-related activities within the assigned
port area. This includes ensuring that all facilities are structurally sound,
operationally efficient, and compliant with regulatory standards to support
seamless port operations.
