 Role Purpose Statement
This position – ESG COE Associate Manager shall be working within BBS and shall be engaging with the Business teams globally and supporting in the ESG Disclosure and CSRD reporting for Bunge. As part of the execution of ESG reporting requirements to engage with Sustainability Team, ESG Controller, ESG KPI owners, BBS Sustainability Analytics team, Business Technology team. The incumbent is expected to be an understanding of the various processes, data management, understand business requirements and support the ESG Program on a global scale through a ESG Governance structure.
Main Accountabilities

Processes and controls documentation across ESG topics, which includes working with SPOCs across Bunge to understand and articulate their processes
Support development and implementation of CSRD reporting protocols
Work with SPOCs across Bunge to integrate CSRD
Analyze external CSRD disclosures for relevancy and adoption at Bunge
Assist the ESG COE Program Manager in documenting Program Scope, Milestones, Track Project Status and prepare the Governance meeting reviews
Self-organize routine tasks and provide inputs for Workshops, Steer Cos, Governance Checkpoints, and stakeholder meetings
Support Environment Working Group team in Data Management for the CSRD requirements- 90 operating plants data for the Environmental pillar. Help in defining the KPI, updating the Guideline Document, collate data from plants at set frequency and assuring data on ongoing basis from Data capturing to reporting level.
Update the data in the templates, collate, aggregate, analyze and create Dashboards for Daily sync up, weekly calls, meeting with SPOC and Project team
Support the Manager in preparing the ESG Disclosures and Reporting- preparing responses, compiling, scoring, implementing quick wins
Planning ESG Data assurance and manage across functions
Analyze ESG ratings, Competitor Benchmarking and Best practices sharing required by governance framework and Assurance requirements"

Post graduation in ESG / Sustainability or equivalent from a premier institute/university.

Education & Experience
