Associate Manager - Supply Chain Management

# Plan, monitor and manage development and management of strategic suppliers /
tie-ups related to the assigned RM requirements to ensure effective material
management; continuously update vendor master database.

# Liaison with current and potential suppliers on a periodic basis to build a
strong relationship and capitalize on the same for collaborative partnerships .

# Conduct negotiations on financial and other terms and conditions for supply of
Class B +C  items. Assist the Lead - Supply Chain in finalization of supplier
and closure on the contract balancing company’s short term & long term
interests.

# Deploy SOPs around Class B + C /import procurement (PR, PO, Closing orders
etc) to mitigate risk and ensure standardized and transparent procurement while
adhering to internal SLAs; Oversee the complete end to end sourcing and
procurement process for all assigned RM.

# Co-ordinate with vendors to ensure that they comply with the agreed upon
standards in terms of price, quality, quantity, and defect percentage and other
agreed upon metrics.
