What You’ll Do:

Support preparation of weekly and monthly business performance reports across functions, tracking key metrics vs plan
Assist in variance analysis, highlighting key movements in revenue, costs, and margins
Support month-end close activities, including:
Preparation of revenue and cost provisions / accruals
Tracking reversals and ensuring completeness and accuracy
Perform data reconciliation across systems (dashboards, internal MIS)
Identify discrepancies and work with stakeholders to resolve them
Maintain clean, auditable datasets for reporting
Coordinate with business, operations, and controllership teams to:
Gather inputs for reporting and provisioning
Ensure timelines and data accuracy
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes through data collation and basic analysis
Support ad-hoc analysis and data requests from the business finance team

Who You Are:

1–3 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, or financial analytics roles
Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (comfortable with large datasets and basic modeling)
High attention to detail and focus on data accuracy and hygiene
Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts (e.g. accruals / revenue recognition)
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and follow through on data dependencies
Structured thinking and ability to present data clearly
