About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our team in a customer service role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client queries, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering a seamless customer experience
Key Responsibilities
Handle client queries/tickets and ensure resolution within defined SLAs
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely shipment deliveries and issue resolution
Communicate proactively with clients regarding operational updates, delays, or challenges
Provide accurate information about company products/services and assist clients with their queries
Manage customer escalations, conduct RCA (Root Cause Analysis), and provide effective solutions
Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering customized solutions
Gather client feedback and share insights with internal teams for process and product improvements
Identify process gaps and contribute to enhancing overall customer experience
Requirements
0–5 years of experience in customer service/customer support
Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (spoken and written)
Comfortable working in a high-volume calling environment (80+ calls/day)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environent
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ticketing/CRM tools is a plus
