Automation Developer

Role Summary
We are looking for an Automation Script Developer with strong expertise in Selenium and Java to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts. The role requires good understanding of testing life cycles and experience in the Health Insurance domain (Good to have).

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain automation scripts using Selenium with Java
Participate in SDLC and STLC phases, including requirement analysis, test design, execution, and defect management
Collaborate with QA, development, and business teams to ensure quality deliverables
Perform automation test execution and analyze results
Ensure adherence to testing standards and best practices

Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience in Selenium and Java
Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
Experience in Health Insurance domain (good to have)
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
