More about the role Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated RPA Developer to join our automation team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), with a proven track record of designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions using leading RPA tools such as UiPath. You will play a key role in driving automation strategy, mentoring junior developers, and delivering high-impact solutions across business functions. . Key Responsibilities: Proactively taking ownership of additional responsibilities and driving initiatives as a senior team member. Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and associated tools. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions. Develop secure, scalable, and compliant automation workflows aligned with organizational standards and governance frameworks. Conduct Proofs of Concept (PoCs), perform code reviews, and mentor junior developers to ensure high-quality deliverables. Integrate automation solutions with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications. Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously optimize bot performance to ensure reliability and efficiency. Maintain comprehensive documentation (PDD, SDD, and operational guides) to support audit and compliance requirements. Stay current with the latest UiPath features and industry trends, contributing to internal innovation and automation initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), including at least 3 years of hands-on experience with UiPath. Strong proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, and familiarity with UiPath Apps and AI Center or Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving RPA technologies is essential. Solid programming skills in VB.NET, C#, Python, and SAP scripting. Experience working with SQL databases, REST/SOAP APIs, and version control systems such as Git. UiPath certifications (e.g., UiPath Developer, Advanced RPA Developer) are highly desirable. Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills. Good to have: Experience with AI/ML, document understanding, or process mining. Exposure to cloud automation (UiPath Cloud, Azure, AWS). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and CI/CD practices.
