What You'll Do
Client Leadership Build, own, and grow senior-level client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and long-term strategic partner.
Strategic Thinking Translate client business goals into integrated, insight-led digital strategies that move the needle on measurable outcomes.
Account Management Lead multiple accounts end-to-end ensuring flawless execution, on-time delivery, and consistently high-quality output across the board.
Business Acumen & Growth Spot opportunities within existing accounts, drive organic growth, and contribute meaningfully to revenue expansion through upsells and cross-sells.
Cross-functional Collaboration Partner closely with creative, media, tech, and strategy teams to bring cohesive, breakthrough campaigns to life.
Team Leadership Mentor, coach, and inspire account managers and executives — building a culture of ownership, excellence, and high performance.
Performance Tracking Keep a close eye on campaign performance and turn data into actionable insights that optimize results and prove impact.
What You Bring to the Table
Pedigree & Background
Strong client servicing background with 7–9 years of relevant experience
Solid agency experience preferably in a digital-first agency, managing multiple brands and accounts simultaneously
Digital-first DNA strictly no mainline or traditional-heavy profiles
Sharp business acumen with a proven track record of driving account growth and revenue
Skills & Capabilities
Deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape social, performance, content, influencer, and beyond
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the gravitas to engage senior client leadership
Strong leadership chops with hands-on experience managing and growing teams
A balanced mindset able to weigh creativity, performance, and commercial impact in equal measure
