Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Banker role based in Gujarat, India. The Banker will be responsible for a range of day-to-day activities such as managing customer accounts, promoting and selling financial products, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. The role also involves delivering excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries, and supporting the overall growth of the bank. The Banker is expected to stay informed about the bank’s offerings to meet client and business needs effectively.

Qualifications
Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including loans, deposits, and digital banking solutions
Customer service skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively
Basic financial analysis and accounting knowledge
Proficiency in communication, sales, and financial advising
Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements in the banking industry
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred
Prior banking or financial services experience is an advantage
Proficiency in local languages and familiarity with the banking needs of the local community is a plus
