Key Responsibilities

Provide direct client care in individual and group settings using structured teaching and natural environment training methods.
Implement behavior intervention, skill development, and behavior reduction programs as per treatment plans.
Collect, record, and maintain accurate data on client progress and observable behaviors.
Assist in parent and caregiver training aligned with individualized therapy goals.
Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers regarding client progress and support plans.
Follow safe and appropriate client handling procedures while ensuring client confidentiality.
Support Behavioral Technicians, Behavior Analysts, and Pediatric Neurologists with therapy-related documentation and materials.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.
Collaborate with treatment teams, caregivers, and external professionals for effective client support.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical and professional skills.
