🚀 We’re Hiring: Business Analyst | Ahmedabad (WFO)

We are looking for a Business Analyst (2–4 years experience) who can bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. If you are analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving impactful business decisions, we’d love to connect with you!

📍 Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office)
⏱ Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements (BRD, FRD)
• Create wireframes and define navigation flows
• Develop use-case, activity, class, and data flow diagrams
• Work in Agile/Waterfall environments and manage user stories
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities
• Mentor junior team members and ensure delivery excellence

✅ Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in Business Analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on with tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, Slack, Teams
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience with BI/Data Visualization tools is a plus
