Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate candidates for the role of Business Development Executive / Academic Counsellor. The candidate will be responsible for student counselling, lead generation, parent coordination, and sales activities.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and an interest in education, sales, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
Connect with prospective students and parents through calls and follow-ups
Explain courses, programs, and services in a professional manner
Generate and manage leads through different channels
Counsel students and parents regarding suitable programs
Coordinate with parents and internal teams for smooth onboarding
Achieve monthly sales and admission targets
Maintain proper follow-up records and customer databases
Build strong relationships with students and parents

Requirements:
Any Graduate / Postgraduate
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Basic knowledge of sales, counselling, or customer handling is preferred
Passion for education and client interaction
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
